Working as social organizer with Organization for community service and development (OCSD) form various community organization of farmer to awere them about natural resources management, irrigation and agriculture of the community. Provided various training sessions to the community about management skills.

5 days training (TOT) on Farmer Field School, Farmer Business School and Farmer climate Smart School under the project of Revival of Balochistan Water Resources Program (RBWRP) funded by UN at Balochistan agriculture research and development center Quetta. Where I leaned how to supervis and functioning FFS, FBS and FCS. How to develop and deliver the modern farming techniques, management of business, valve addition to different agriculture and livestock product and to connect to market and participating extension workers, farmer including livestock keepers, rangeland, water uses, promote gender sensitive, monitor the impact of established school and also collaborate with local authorities, such as agriculture and livestock department NGOs other partner to ensure the implementation of successful farmer school. Provide timely and accurate reports to project management team, develop and adopt training materials to FFS, FBS (agriculture and livestock) .train of local farmers in a ToT process on the various aspects of forming and livestock management. Organize workshop, field demonstration, events for awareness, sharing of knowledge among participants, collect deta, conduct surveys and prepare periodic progress for project management team.

Worked as U/C supervisor District Loralai. Conduct community training about registration and distribution campaign of LLINS(Long lasting insecticidal nets) . Registered all masses of the U/C and after that provided LLINS.
